recorded qlink sequence plays back incorrectly

When I record my qlink sequence it dose not play back 100% the way it sounds from when the qlink sequence is enabled. I have it assigned to amplitude so the difference of recorded vs not is very noticeable. I tried recording it at a slower tempo. I tried changing it to offset / replace. I also tried turning off the timing correct. Ideas?
