rec+play start
tap some pads while its counting in
they will all get recorded @ 1.1.1

Maybe you should learn more about the device or its settings.. It's a optional funtionality, not a bug.

Ok I don't really complain much and have found the MPC software fairly stable so far (been using for over a year so probably since 1.4 or so) and haven't run into this until 1.8.2. I have had some problems with crashing but its been so random and infrequent that I never could recreate them so I never posted a bug report.

Anyway, since 1.8.2 I've had this happen twice:

I start working on a beat and am going smooth but after trying to add a, maybe, 5th or 6th new plugin track the software crashes and every time I load the project and try to add that same plugin it crashes. First time it was Omnisphere and last night it was Addictive Drums (1 or 2). The weird thing is when I reload these projects and try to add any other plugin (haven't tried all of them obviously but I tried a few) it works fine, it's just when I try to add the same plugin that originally crashed the project does it freeze up. Also, if I load up a new session or other beats both of these plugins work fine so I'm not sure if it's related to them specifically... Oh, and I also tried saving it as a new project and that didn't work.

All of these are legit/non-cracked plugins and I'm on a i7 Windows 8 PC with 8 gigs of memory and I'm running the MPC in 32 bit mode.

Any ideas? Super frustrating and frankly pretty **** embarrassing as last night this shit happened while I was working on a beat with a couple producers that use Ableton and FL. They were pretty into the workflow and especially the new chopping and convert to progression and looper features but I **** guarantee they won't even consider it after seeing this happen and basically bring the whole damn session to a halt.

Can you run five or six 64 bit plug-ins without crashing in normal mode? I suspect there is a conflict somewhere while running in 32 bit mode. Also, are you running Windows 8 or 8.1?

The Korg 32bit WaveStation and 64bit LegacyCell are no longer working with the MPC, whereas they use to work fine!

Windows 8.1

I haven't tried that on the 64 bit yet but I know for sure I've used a lot more plugins than that before the 1.8.2 update. And I got FL Studio, which is 32 bit, and have used a ton of plugs at once without it ever crashing... Idk hopefully it's just some weird thing with 1.8.2 that'll be sorted out soon...

EDIT: Just to clarify I should add that I have used more plugins than that on 1.8.2... Thats just how many were used when that happened, randomly it seems.

Within any given sequence any given sound is liable to change in pitch this is very annoying . I can't even enjoy my Ren I don't know what's causing this type of behaviour but please fix this akai.

This only happens in song mode by the way when I'm finished building my song then all hell breaks loose when I play back the song.
