MPC to PC

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to transfer files from my MPC to my PC? I've taken my zip drive and connected it to my PC, but I'm sure this isn't the best way to do this.

I think you've answered your own question...unless you mean how do you record your beats onto your comp which can be found here on the boards...
