How do I remove the Q links from the MPC Studio?

I have a small bit of dust stuck under the top Q link and as I turn it I can hear the dust moving around, so would rather try get it out. I have not tried to take anything apart yet as I am just being cautious before removing anything. Thanks

Yea I did try that but they didn't seem to come off, maybe I should try pull harder? But don't want to damage it.

must be. Id imagine it would be like removing the knobs from a cooker...

Sounds like someone about to customize their studio

The knobs might have some kind of surround that extends beyond the hole in the casing - i.e. they are installed before the top casing is attached. If they are not pulling off, I'd suggest you open the Studio up and take a look at what exactly is going on.
