I don't have the Ren or Studio yet. I use Studio One Pro exclusively when using software to make beats when I'm not using hardware. How do you get beats from the Akai software to your daws. Is it drag and drop? Do you export to a folder and then import in? I read that maschine was drag and drop, but I have no interest in maschine. I like the way the Mpc works with samples. I am old school. If you set it up as a plugin, do you keep the integrity of the Mpc's sequencer or are you at the mercy of the host daw's sequencer?
