Global Automation Write Isssue

I am writing the automation globally from the track mixer mode and I am expecting the automation to be recorded on all tracks but only the program that is selected in the mixer gets the automation applied. All the tracks in using that program seem to get effected but not the other tracks or programs in the project. I do have global selected and all the programs are indicating write enabled with red icon.

I have tried this without global to test by enabling multiple program write modes and same situation.

Any thoughts?

Can anyone recreate this or confirm if they have had this issue? I am not sure if it is a bug or not.

Yes, I find the this a strange phenomenon as well. When you try to fade out a song, you have to do it so by selecting track after track. Because in song mode it won't.
