How can i easyly remove the noise of a sample ? (particulary the "shhhhh" on a musical sample)

There is no way to completely remove the hiss, but you can take most of it out by EQing. Use some resonance and filters to get it out. Just take some time to experiment with different settings.

Noise reduction plugins like the one found in Izotope RX do a very good job

For the remove "click" in a musical sample can i use the amp decay as for the drums ?

Just use the sample edit function to remove clicks from drum samples. Also remember when chopping a sample you want to chop at the zero line to avoid clicks. The zero line is where the waveform crosses the line in the middle.

The process will take up time. But you can go to zoom-in, look for peaks and remove them then add filters. This is, if you are serious about that particular sample or loop, That's the traditional way btw.

Then you have plugins who can look for those peaks, and remove or reduce them for you.
It's an almost complete automated process.
