Disappointed Mpc element user

I know im not the only one with problems with the mpc element post your problems here

What problems are you having specifically?

Nothing records on time when I hit the pads and this is the Vsti in Cubase 8.20 and standalone mode. I cant use the transport buttons to play, record or stop the Mpc. I dont understand why because my computer exceeds all the requirements to run the hardware and software. I am using the most up to date version of essentials and been having problems since 1.6 with a Focusrite saffire pro 24 audio interface with the latest drivers, Asio too. Also when in use it renders some of my other midi controllers useless I even tried one or the other to no avail, oh and the software isnt good at all. I even tried this thing with Cockos Reaper so you know it has issues.

I even tried the first version of essentials and its not working either

does it work if you use the software by itself?!
