getting into some osc stuff these days, in an attempt to create a launchpad patch for Resolume VJ software. is anyone else working with osc much?
it's very new and different conceptually than MIDI, which i still have to read in "friendly" ints rather than hex.
you see it used in a lot of newer cooler gear these days, but it seems to require some work at the hinges, mostly in the form of max-msp, puredata, bidule, or scripting.
for android, there's touchosc which is cool but i already have 2 launchpads and a quneo. however, there's a cool option in REAPER where you can have an instance of EQ added and instantly modify bands via touchosc. this could be a cool quick way to do eq.
