Almost no sound

hi,i just took an mpc 2000xl...and i have a problem with the sound,i have no sound,i can hear something only if i put the volume full and the master +12db,can you help me?

yes i am sorry!!! i made one but i was referring only for the metronome but the problem is not only in the metronome,so i made another one...peace
