Recording midi sequences from DAW into MPC1000 // JJOS XL

Hi there,

I've been looking into this online, assuming this would be an easy feature but couldn't find anything about it.
Is there a way record midi sequences from my DAW into the MPC?

This way I can use several midi tracks written for tracks I made earlier without having to re-record everything in order to sequence external synths.

Export the midi file from your daw and load into your mpc, the mpc reads standard midi files no problem.

so easy, didn't think of this.

i was thinking way too complicated, syncing my DAW to my MPC (MMC)
press play on my daw and start recording midi at the same time on the MPC or whatever.. lol
