ASQ10 Error ff80

My ASQ10 has come up with the following error when I select Disk/Load;

There is no disk in the drive, please insert disk. Error Code ff80

Anyone got any idea's?

The usual:
1 Try new disk.
2 Open it up reseat Floppy drive connection.
3 Try new Floppy drive.
