Hi all, I'm having an issue with the LFO feature, all parameters seem to work except DEPTH. It doesn't seem to have a variable value assigned to it as all the others do. I thought it might be due to the native OS so I got the free JJ OS but am still having the same problem. I hope this isn't hardware related. Anyone know what the problem is here? Thanks

It's most likely an issue with the free OS that was never fixed. You can always try the paid versions to see if you like them. You'll be able to do everything except save your work until you pay for the password.

Thanks for the quick responses. I will attempt to report it. I thought I'd ask first since the original post was from 2009 and it describes literally the issue I'm having. I'm new to the mpc so i figured it was either something i was doing or not doing to prevent access to the lfo.

Okay i figured out my issue. It's really unlike any lfo im used to but you must sort of incrementally adjust the rate value and not crank it full on expecting results. The best results i heard were gained by adjusting the values in the tenths and hundredths positions in the rate field. :Sigh:
