anyone know how to Work a Roland Fantom XR and an MPC??

i was wondering if anyone has this setup

what im trying to do is use the fantom xr in multi timbral mode
were it would allow me to play different patches/presets on different tracks
on the mpc


so say i have in the mpc one sequence 3 tracks

1 track - piano from fantom xr
2nd track - synth from fantom xr

3rd track my drums in my mpc hard drive

how would i be able to achieve this ? using the fantom xr

now i have other sound modules , ive also got a mo phatt and i know how to do it with that 1, but for some reason i cant get it to work with my fantom xr ive searched the manual nothing anyone out there can help me out?? : )

Yes. That was my first set up. You want to put the XR in performance mode pressing the Mode button. Use the down arrow and then you can go to track one, two etc...

ah too late, you figured it out. I use a Fantom Xr with a MPC1000 as well. I figured it out by reading the manual though, no need for roland support here.
Has your screen died yet. My Fantom XR screen stopped working ages ago so I do most commands by memory, not fun at all. Hope your screen does not crap out like mine did. Good rompers the Fantom XRs, good organs pianos and even the drum samples are pretty good to. Nice bit of kit for a Rompler, hope you have fun with it.
