Sound Problem MPC 2000XL

Hey Guys! Am from Argentina! I am having sound problems with my MPC 2000XL. Soo first thing i did was open it up to clean it, then i realized there was some fixing to my MPC. Below are some pictures.




I hear a crackleing sound, like on the video below:

When i turn it on, everything ok, then when i play the first sound of a pad or on the sound loader, it stars and it will not stop till i turn it off...

Any ideas.

Remember am from argentina so its kinda hard to take it to a repair center. I can purchase any parts online and have them sent to me...

Please HELP....

I don't think Burr Brown chip (expensive chip) was used on MPC-2000XL (I could be wrong.)

Looks like a sh*tty recap job but in the second picture, I would swap out the big square sand cement resistor and put what should be there from factory:

Make sure it's 1/4 watt 4.7ohm, not 4.7k but 4.7 just as the amazon link states. Use the color coding, Yellow Purple Gold Gold just to make sure.
