While the floppy drive was still installed, I had the MO drive connected to the external SCSI port and I copied the OS to some of the MO disks. The ribbon cable for the floppy drive is still instact on the main board. So if I decide to install a CF reader, I'll copy the OS the same way. I had to change the power connector when I did the mod. But I have an adaptor to fit it to the floppy drive as needed for that purpose,

One more thing to add to the list of parts needed is the internal SCSI cable. I used the one from my PC, which was a bit longer than I needed. So I ordered an 18" cable which only has 2 connectors, since that's all that's needed. They can be found for dirt cheap on ebay. I bought this one for 99 cents and it fits perfectly. Now there's less clutter and more room, especially for the FX card if needed.

Thanks! I really wanted to make sure the 18" cable was long enough before I went ahead and recommended it to everyone. So now if anyone's got a fully loaded machine with all the expansions, there won't be any issues fitting it all in, and it'll look a hell of a lot neater.
