i currently have an ASR-10, but the sequencer is broken (and was never good anyway). i also use reason 2.5 and have access to pro tools, logic, and digi performer.
i want an MPC i can use with the ASR, dump samples into my comp, and do my sequencing on. i also would use the MPC to sample off files and a turntable, as well as maybe from the ASR-10 itself.
what would be best for these purposes? what are the 1000's and 2000XL's best feature and/or drawbacks? someone PLEASE help with some solid advice and info!
