MPC 2000 classic refurb

Im in the UK and looking to refurb my classic 2000, but I need a place that sells the buttons for play, stop, locate etc. Im wondering where mpc stuff sources their parts from. I looked on mouser and other places but to no avail. Anyone point me in the right direction? Or do they get them directly from Akai? Same with the pad sensors although im getting a free MPD 16 to frankenstein so not really important.

Some parts have to come from Akai, some are manufactured by MPC Stuff themselves. There's no UK supplier of legacy transport buttons to my knowledge - Jazzcat on Facebook might have some (he's in the UK), but these are specialist parts so you're not going to get anything like that from the likes of Mouser and Farnell.
