I recently received an MPD26, and i'm a total noob with MIDI. How can I program it in LOGIC, to trigger certain selected sounds? For example, I have a sample which I have chopped up, and will use as the drums. How would I configure the sounds to trigger from each pad? I've tried messing around with the preset and program changing of the actual controller but nothing so far. Is it just a matter of routing? I've seen someone do it in maschine very easily, but the setup in maschine is apparent for this.
