Really simple question

I apologize if I'm overlooking this but I've searched the forum and the JJOS1 manual. How do I name something? For example I have a program that I want to name. What is the button combo to bring up renaming something? This is one of those simple commands that are taken for granted that must have just passed me by.

The manual goes straight to a picture of the naming screen. It doesn't say how to get there. I know this is a ridiculous question.....
