The hell is this?...I can't get jiggy with this sheeet bro. I may have legacy plug-ins I'd like to use. Taking stuff away is "no bueno"

Understood and wasn't suspecting anything. Just pointing out that option didn't save when unchecked.

You're more optimistic than me. I suspect 2.0 for Touch. Doubt audio tracks will make it to the Ren flavor of the OS. And honestly I won't be surprised if it never makes it to the MPC software. It'd be a shame if not, even though I wouldn't use the feature.

I just don't see how folks are hoping that the Ren continues to be updated. I see end of life written all over it.

Sucks for sure, but RTAS has been phasing out for a while. Doesn't surprise me they followed suit.

i guess this updates alright but this track length business over audio tracks??? :Sigh: I'll check this update out though... hopefully it's stable. the additional submix and output mix tracks looks cool.

If they don't add in audio tracks by 2.0, I don't think they're gonna add them in at all. Remixers all over the world that own a Ren/Studio are grinding their teeth right now :x

There should be an option for bar or beats in track length to make things easier

I had a look inside the installer package, there's only one MPC Software application in there, so no matter which controller you have I think you get the same version of the MPC Software. There's a bunch of separate installers for the Touch, but these are all drivers etc. I don't think there's any driver or firmware updates for the Ren/Studio.

Waiting for 2.0...

That probably won't happen. The Touch will do it though.

Yeah seems so.

Guess now is the right time to get rid of this piece of crap. :smoker:
