With this being a display hooked up to your computer with it's own display driver, is it not possible to use standard screen capture software to record the MPC touch screen? CMD + SHIFT +3 to take screen shots on a Mac?

It seems to be possible. Look at Jah's video. Looks like a screen capture of the actual touch display to me
