Simultaneously Pads

Hi, I have mpc 1000 with free jjos, I Simultaneously press 4 pads in 16 levels to make some chord scale, but doesn't work, because I only hear 1 pad or another pad, someone to help me?

How cand I build the chord manually??? do you have some table with the tunes levels for each pad????

The guy in the video is assigning the same sound to all the pads and changing the pitch in program by using auto chromatic. You are using 16 levels. The difference is when you use 16 levels you are only effecting the pitch of the original pad. When you make a full program with different pitches you have 16 pads to utilize. On the MPC a half step on a keyboard is a value of 10. An example of a chromatic scale is -20, -10, 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90. Give it a try.
