from JJOS2XL to stock - data compatibility

just wanted to ask the following question:
Let's say I prepare a complete live-set on a MPC1000 running JJOS2XL, including sample programs, sequences, songs, whatever. Can I load this data into an MPC1000 with the stock OS and play it live (with a slightly different user interface of course), or are there some parameters or other things that cannot be read in the stock OS or behave differently etc?

Better upload os2xl on the other machine, you don't have to buy a license for this, as you don't need to save anything afterwards.

Otherwise it will be a problem to get same sound going on, too much editing.

Okay, well do you know some of those sound differences that might occur the? Just curious...
