I haven't got my Renaissance yet but I installed the software and have almost finished the manual so I could hit the ground running. I figured I would use my Delta 1010 as my audio interface because I like it & it has more inputs. I already have the inputs occupied with my mic preamp, my dj setup, and my old Xbox 360/floor model tv for youtube sampling. outputs 1/2 go to my monitors. I have audio device type set to ASIO, device set to my 1010. I select analog out 1/2 as the active output channel. Weird behavior #1 is that every time I close the software & reopen it, ALL of the analog outs are selected (1/2,3/4,5/6.7/8). Weird behavior #2 is that I can only select ONE analog input. Is this normal? I was seriously hoping I wouldn't have to select a different input in the config every time I wanted to sample a different source. Why would multiple outputs select themselves? And why, then, can I only select one input? One more question: does anybody use any other audio protocol besides ASIO? Last I heard you can only use one ASIO interface, but I seem to remember seeing someone use their own interface's output and the Ren's inputs. Any insight would be appreciated & thank you.
