Programm Change Message on Pad

Hello everyone, is it possible to send Programm Change Messages via pressing a pad on the MPC? That way i would be able to change Sounds on my Synth fast during live play without having to run the sequencer in sync. So far i haven´t found anything. Thanks in advance!
