How do I unregister my MPC Ren?

This guy wants to buy my MPC Ren this weekend and I'm wondering if there is anyway for me to unregister it this weekend before tuesday, can I unregister it myself or is waiting for tuesday and calling Akai the only way to do it? Also, I can't remember (because I originally installed it in 2012) but can the Ren be installed and unlocked even before you register it? I'm trying to sell it tomorrow and not wait until tuesday. No way to unregister it from your account without contacting Akai. I do however think he can activate/unlock it without you unregistering it first, it will probably just count as an additional hardware activation on your account. He wont be able to access any of the expansions or 'mpc content' downloads though.
