Thanks for asking our questions man!!! That was great.

Just a guess, but I think the Ren 2 (or whatever it's going to be called) is gonna come out with 2.0. Possibly in the fall. Just my guess, based only on Dan's reactions to questions in this video.

Thanx SJ for representing. Lol to the knoq's question.
A lot of good stuff in the interview. I am a very happy man now knowing what's coming.
Thank you!

- Sounds like we might get a hardware MPC. The guy reiterated that it's not a another controller, but another product. The guy also had a smirk on his face when he asked if there was going to be a new hardware MPC. It's just speculation. :hmmm:

For me there is no doubt a standalone MPC is coming in the future.

He misunderstood the plugin / drag & drop / multitimbral question, or I did. Dragging and dropping to the desktop = "drag & drop"? Arming multiple channels at once = "multitimbral"? And dragging midi to a DAW will trigger the samples in the plugin = "it should work that way"?

2.0 looks cool though.

@godlike

I got the MPC Touch, and sold my Maschine Studio. Don't melt it down, sell it! I got $600 out of my White one :)
