Transferring files to compact flash from PC or Mac

Hi I purchased a multi card reader for my mpc 2000xl and my external zip just died. I got a hold of a Mac with a zip in it and tried to transfer wavs and pgm's unsuccessfully. Is there any software I can use to transfer these files into a compact flash card? Or do you know of a service that would transfer the files for me? Im in a bind.
Another method I have another mpc2000xl with a internal zip can I get a scsi cord connect them and transfer this way?

if your zip died it could just be dead. there is a reason we say not to use zips. good luck from here on out.

4 pins on the zip cord were bent. It's fixed and I'm transferring everything to cf.
