Electronic Drum Kit Recommendation to hook up to MPC

I'm looking to play drum patterns into the MPC with an Electronic Drum Kit. Anybody have any suggestions? Ideally I'd want to be under the $600 mark.

I bought the Behringer XD80.
It works well.
Then I started giging with it also and it started to have issues.
THe kick pedal jack will come loose.
The snare pad will break first (you hit that the most)

So far those things have happened. IT has a three year warranty and Behringer has fixed each problem.
SO my kick works. It is inexpensive and it sounds great. The midi works well with MPC.

I suggest buying the XD8 instead of the full blown XD80. It is less expensive and you will not need the extra sounds.
OTher electronic kits in this price range will have similar problems with the kick pedal jack.
