Upgrading Gen1 Mac Pro

Does anyone know of any computer shops (National, or southern region) or technicians for hire that would be able to upgrade my Gen 1 Mac Pro from OS 10.7.5 to one of the latest OSX. I currently cant even upgrade my MPC software or install a number of VST's i have due to compatibility.

I would be willing to purchase the necessary hardware upgrades. just doing the transfer of all my software and files correctly plus coding it to boot properly every time.. all i want to do is make beats ya dig. Any help would be very appreciated.

there's really no coding involved only replacing some system files, edit some files and replace the video card.

keep in mind if you wont be able to download OSX updates, from appstore it will overwrite the hack.
