A way to non-destructive chop to a folder?

Hello! I read the manual & looked at a bunch of youtube videos & I can't figure out a way to do this. I have a folder called "random chops." Even if I can't find a loop in the source material, I often find cool one-note samples. I save these to that folder. I currently use Sound Forge to chop, but I'm looking for a way to do this in the MPC software. I want to be able to load songs into sample edit & chop out stabs, all saving to my "random Chops" folder. I don't want to destroy the original song. I don't want to create a program. I just want a folder full of various chops from different songs. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

The quickest way by far is to create a chopped program.

Chop your sample in CHOP mode using slice markers. Select 'EXTRACT NEW SAMPLES > NEW PROGRAM', make sure 'crop samples' and 'create new program' are checked.

Once the program is created, right click the program name in the Project Info panel and select 'Save'; choose your 'Random Chops' folder as the destination. If you don't want the XPM file, just delete it from the folder at some point.
