New Samplepack Released - Phat Drums

Just to let you know I've released a new sample pack called 'Phat Drums'

It features 300 kick and snare samples, all processed through vintage eq and compressors - mainly the Uriel 1176 (used by DJ Shadow, The Automator etc).

kicks and snares...but where's the hi hats?

This pack featured only snares and kicks because it seems kicks and snares are what people crave the most. Hi hats are coming in a new pack within the next couple of days, if I get the time to get it together before I go on holiday.

Even without hi hats - where else can you get 300 high quality stereo hip hop kicks and snares for only $16? Last I looked, the other hip hop sound sites are charging $10 for a floppy containing 22 samples!

yeah, it is a good value but even just from a samplers perspective, it's much easier to take out the kicks and snares than to snag a natural sounding hi hat.
