I've got the MP 2016, no expander though. Don't need it. It's nice just using the volume and not worrying about eq etc.

How about upgrading it with an Innofader?

I might have to look into those Innofaders. I'm sure I'll have to solder in the mini Innofader since this mixer is almost 20 years old.
I see the same mini Innofader fits my Denon DN-MC6000.

Yes, I remember the back cover of their DJ Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince LP (in fact, I still own the LP.)

For Roland DJ2000 mixer, it is pretty interesting one (Please post the review!) I believe that it was released early 2000’ when “DJ boom” was going on in Japan.
KORG also released digital DJ mixers with FireFire ports around that time. Both companies quickly left DJ market though.

I've just saw this DJ mixer, Telec MX3, on eBay. I've never seen this DJ mixer before.
I don't think it has pratical layout, but it looks great to me.
It does have a crossfade (rotary!) and it is switchable, which is a pretty unique feature.

Yeah I can't wait to get the DJ2000 and put it to use.
Funny enough, the owner on eBay messaged me after I bought it to ensure that I knew that this was a vintage DJ mixer without any USB ports. I told him that was the main reason why I wanted it because it didn't have all the bells and whistles of the newer DJ controllers.

A friend of mine has had one of these since it came out. As far as I know it still all works. I always enjoyed using it at parties, but never new it had MIDI as it was bolted into a coffin.

I didn't know about this mixer. I love the layout!
It might have a balanced output.
