Hi, I've bought an MPC and I have a few questions.
Everything I record has a very quiet low end. I've hooked up my sampler directly to the turntable. Should I connect them through a mixer? What kind of mixer would you recommend?
And should I be using MPCs FXs and master FXs or should mixing and mastering be done in a DAW, or maybe a little bit of both? The reason I'm asking this is that to this point I've been making beats in FL Studio and right now I want to focus on beat making alone, since I do really poorly at mix/mastering stuff and I would rather have someone else do it for me.
