Exploding track issues. need help

I am having problems exporting stems.
My song has 15 tracks.

After I explode the tracks only 10/15 tracks export. I've tried dozens of times and not sure why all individual tracks are not exporting?
Also, track #1, when I play it does not have any sound after exported.

It's really frustrating! Any advice?

I am using a brand new laptop and the most current version of the software.

Could it be because when you explode a track, that original track becomes muted because those individual pads have become tracks of their own?
