How do I install the OS 1.20 on my mpc2kxl?

Hey folks! I would be very grateful if someone could give me instructions how to install this floppy disk I just bought with the v1.20 operating system on it. I really want to do this correct so I don't totally bug it.

put it in the drive.
turn it on.

Shift + 3 [Load screen]
Select the .exe or .sys file
[Do It] (F6)
[Do It]

For the XL it's an MPC2000XL.bin file you have to load.
