re registring

hi ive just got a new laptop and I'm trying to load up the software for my ren, its asking me to registar the hardware but when I put in the serial number it says its incorrect, any ideas?

Had same problem try updating drivers worked for me

the hardware needs to be plugged in when registering, no need to enter any serial number. Try a USB 2.0 input instead of USB 3.o if that doesn't work

just register it again like it was the first time. and you should get anew serial. ive registered mine about 4 times now.

Thanks seemed it was the driver update.
