Hey guys I would like to browse thou tree folder structures, when I edit my drum sets. Just like in every file manager and in the Load menu. During sample digging I created my own folder structure and it would be cool to keep it even on MPC. This also means that I want to use samples from different folders in one set.

As far as I have found out you can just load/auto load two folders and have all samples in some kind of list. Is there any way to browse samples like I described above?

thank you in advance

everything got to have uniqe name wheater it's sequence, program, sample. except this not apply to .prj, .all, and few other files that are created within Project folder (save all memory 1 or 2).

I usually load few folders that I need (programs and samples replace: yes ) and at the end load an .all file from some project and then go into Load mode again,
search another folder,
select ANOTHER .all file and load just a seqence by seqence,
now next foler and repeat.

Ok you just load one folder after another in the load menu. You can not Pre listen in the Load menu but this should be a good way :) .

Can you explain this „.all“ file term? It's neither mentioned in the JJOS manual nor in the MPC-1000 Manual

PGM = Single program and it's settings.
ALL = All songs, sequences, mixer and settings.
APS = All programs and sounds.
