Problem with error Message (Error at 0000:7A59)

Hello folks,

I've hit a problem with my MPC 2000XL, I've loaded up a program via my internal zip drive on the MPC, the program loads fine, when I choose all and load in the sequences and songs, its still fine. When I choose song 2, which uses sequence 30, or scan to sequence 30 in the MAIN SCREEN, I get error message "Error at 0000:7A59". I believe the more I do this, the numbers of the error messages change, I think they could be referring to keys on the drum machine, however all sounds are operational from their pads. I want to know how I can override or fix this error in order to see my songs past sequence 30.

The error message is actually the memory location where the error occurred.

Errors from midi file usually come from loading from a PC format disk that had been written to by the MPC or by writing midi file to a MPC formatted disk with the PC.

There are a bunch ways to likely work around it. Re-save off sequences and delete them, move the remainder, re-save, and so on.

I sort of understand what you've said, resave off sequence 30. However, if I don't know where the error is, how will I know what to save, or better yet, what to get rid of. Also, if the error is in the place I would like to access again, how will I get to sequence 30 to save it if the error won't allow it. To answer my question, obviously I can't.
My issue is that my sequence was made up of .snd files that I sampled and imported into the MPC. However, to recreate the song, I'd like to be able to hear the track. So I guess, I am back to my first question, will there be a way to get rid if something within my .ALL program in order to see whats past sequence 30, without losing what is in fact past sequence 30?

To clarify, I have no idea what is past sequence 30, so, given the error message, what might I try to delete in order to re-familiarize myself with these files?

I guess I should have made it even more clear than stated.

Delete sequences 1-29. Re-save a new ALL file without overwriting the old one. Reboot MPC. Reload new APS. See if it can be accessed.

Another method is to use the seq edit function to copy sections of seq 30 to another location.

Just common sense stuff.
