Does anyone know if the MPC 2500 8 outs board is compatible with the MPC 4000's 8 outs?
My first inclination is to say no.
Reasoning
1. Different circuit architecture
2. Different companies - the current AKAI brand only resembles the previous company only in name, as the AKAI name and trademark was purchased by Alesis/ Numark in Rhode Island and they don't service or design any hardware/ software for the 4000.
