hardwere problems?? startling from scratch again cant unlock

assume it may be a few things... could be comp to usb cord not the ridg might be **** gonna grab a new one when shops open but honestly could be the port so is it possible to install if I get a MIDI S/PDIF or usb hub cord (or get a reply from akai )second could be the pornbox i just updated to windows 10, had my hands full lately slept on updates now its jumping balls deep to 2.whatever, will i need to go thru one at a time? also saw some firmware update jargen (bit much for a blazy analogue type happy to tap out drums for... does it matter, if theres someone reading keen to sort a deal were i don't need a lappy would be dope haha

I can deal with bugs bc I know eventually it will get worked out but that's the one thing I hate about cpu programs is they force feed you updates all the time so yea co scantly having to update OS shit sucks ok I'm done. Lol
