Any Update for Akai 2.0 Software?

Haven't really heard anything since Jan. this year? Wondering if we are approaching a near release date, or is it most likely slated for the fall?

Summer Naam is June 23rd, we might not hear anything until then.

I heard October mentioned unofficially.
In reality, until we hear something from official channels and actually see the link for download (& payment) on Akai's website I wouldn't believe anything.

An update on 2.0. and it's development from Akai would be greatly appreciated right about now though

realistically its more likely to be October/November

there should be couple more features added before 2.0 update, like real time stretching or audio tracks to make it complete...that's basic modern functionality IMO

This will be a paid version so I'm sure Akai will release 2.0 as soon as it's ready. Meanwhile... This Touch is dopealicous.

I feel like there going to release the new mpc 2.0 software with a updated version of the renaissance.

I hope the update happens next month as well as a new renaissance because right now I have a chance to get the renaissance for $225, but I feel like I should hold off.

Summer NAMM is a few weeks away. Maybe 2.0 will be released then or at least get an updated preview.

I hope they release 2.0 at Namm. I couldn't hold out and i purchased the Touch a few days ago so I hope I can get 2.0 for free.
