pads with modifier tunes are complete not available in midi file export
why?
all pads with 16level information are not exported
for 2016 a shame . midiexport is complete useless

is there a way to convert this as a pitchbend value?

Pad tunings are an MPC specific event, just like filter and envelope modifier events, they are not standard MIDI specification. These have never been included in any MPC MIDI export.

If you want to record musical performances that can be exported in standard MIDI format, use a keygroup or a plugin instrument. This way the MIDI events will relate to the actual musical pitch of each note played.

As for converting 16 level tuning into pitchbend, that's an interesting idea, you should make a feature request.

You could do it manually using the 'tune' parameter, but seriously, what is so unintuitive about a keygroup program? It would take 3 seconds to set up a chromatic spread of a sample as per your requirements and.it would solve your midi export issue. The features you need already exist, you just need to spend a bit of time getting more comfortable with them
