Installing operating system onto mpc 2000xl

Purchasing a mpc2000xl with a cf drive in it today but it needs to have the operating system installed still. I've always used a Roland SP-404 but I'm new to any mpc stuff so could anybody lead me in the right direction on how to do this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

2000XL has the OS permanently stored on the internal flash memory, you shouldn't need to worry about the OS unless your mpc is running an old version. If you have the CF card reader then it should be running 1.20.

You can grab 1.20 from here, but I would imagine 1.20 will already be installed.
