thanks for all the answers guys!!

but what if i want to put fx on different tracks not samples would that be kinda hard???

like i wanna put different fx on my melody and drums...

Record every instrument w/ 404 fx separately into DAW.
(This will be "printed/permanent" audio tracks, if you plan on changing the 404fx effect on that one track
you will have to re-record it.)

This is IMPOSSIBLE from the gate on 404fx by itself. It doesn't have separation features to do this. As SOON as you think separation on 404fx it's a fail. Why don't you understand that?

i was kinda getting confused because some people was saying it works and not..

Sorry to put it so blunt but man I UNDERSTAND the frustration of wanting to do something and the features just aren't there. There is usually a workaround if you include other gear and/or combine features. Sometimes it's the long way around, sometimes short.

Yeah, the MPC software if it's able to import or record audio tracks. There's plenty of good effects in the software as well, plus you can use VST effects plugins with it. You got options. You just gotta figure out which of all these workarounds works best for you. Experiment. :nod:
