I noticed I get an error when checking for any updates. "There was an error contacting the update server." Anybody else getting this?

Yea it is a steal, which is why I changed my mind about passing it up. I'm definitely going to get it.

Good choice! Fwiw, I've noticed on the used market, the Ren's are starting to become harder to find lately,and people want a nice coin for them, so if u can snatch it, that low, you'd be better off. Another thing, if youl like dedicated buttons, Ren's where its at.

I'd hope it has the touch new screen along with dedicated buttons, I don't think a skin and new pads alone would do it.

Yea true. But a new skin would definitely look cool and a new touch screen would be cool.
