Hello All,
First post from a first time MPC owner. Having a lot of fun figuring this thing out
I snagged a used renaissance from a nearby pawn shop for a pretty good deal. Before I left the store I noticed the Q7 q-link knob was a slightly out of line. After getting everything set-up, it seemed to be working fine. It rotated smoothly, the LED's associated with the knob function. There is no wobble, etc. But after finally needing use of that knob I have discovered it is unresponsive. I feel confident I can replace it myself, but details on available parts are limited.

It seems like a very obvious Yes. But I figured I'd check with anyone who may have experience with this specific issue before tearing apart my renaissance for nothing.
Also, since i'll have the whole thing apart, are there any other mods I should consider? I've seen reviews of some common things, like pad corx, but being a beginner with such a sophisticated tool, I'd prefer to stick to any "must have's", and avoid any unneeded gimmicks.

I've googled around plenty, which led me to this forum in the first place, based on someone with a similar problem of a different part, but couldn't find any renaissance specific service manuals or part numbers, outside of mpcstuff.
