MPC To Turntable to Computer

Hey! I am having trouble finding answers online for my specific situation. I have my MPC 2000xl, my dj mixer, my turntable, a Mac Pro, an M-Audio Profire 610 interface, a PA System, and a lot of ambition. I want to hook my MPC up to Pro Tools on my mac for recording, mixing, editing, etc. I would like to samples from my vinyls. My MPC has upgraded ram and the 8 outs. I would like to know what i need to get and do in order to connect my MPC to my Mac. Thank youuu

It sounds like you have all the equipment you need. Sample your vinyl from the DJ mixer to your MPC inputs. Connect your MPC outs into your interface so you can track your MPC beats. If you want to sync the tracking, connect a MIDI cable from your MPC MIDI out to your interface MIDI in and configure pro tools and MPC for syncing. Thank you, do I need to use all 8 outs ? Just to clarify, I connect my turntable to mixer, then I have RCA to 1/4 inch, from the output of the mixer to the input of the mpc ?

Ahh i see now, okay, thank you. Now, how do i get the mpc connected to my mac through my audio interface? it does not have 8 channels. And i also plan to connect a midi keyboard
