Yea, I know they are all there, but i didnt mean exactly create them. Thats why I used the " ".
More like choose/assign. Yeas they also have the names allready, but I rename/mark them so I remember where each instrument/sample/rec goes, so I don't accidently record or edit in wrong place.
With the track part in drum2, I meant the track that becames the track you want to use in program.
It was hard to explain and still kinda is.
If you move from drum1 to drum2 it may copy the track and recording there, if you dont know how to use the tracks and program. Thats what happened to me. I hope you understand a little bit better now.
@wal I dont really see how XL would slow you.
The program and track system can be hard to understand at first, but its very simple after finding out how it works. I just got confused how it works and accidently copied the recording and doupled the track in to wrong place some how.
Now its all clear. I just did forget how it works, because Its long time since i last time used XL.
I dont think its more complicated than in classic. XL may be even easier, even though it haves more things to work with. It took only 3 - 4 days for me to learn to use XL.
Its definately my favorite MPC.
Its something that I will use rest of my life, because it haves sound I like and nice work flow,
just like Dj Premier keeps usin his mpc60 and s950. For me its the mpc2000XL.
If XL didnt exist, I would probably get the classis 2000 or the older one (mpc3000).
